I am Gaurav Pandya, a trained Naturopath and Yoga Instructor based in Udaipur, Rajasthan. My path into wellness was personal before it became professional. Years of exploring how the body heals itself through food, movement, breath, and rest led me to formal training in naturopathy and classical yoga.

I work with individuals who want to feel better in their own bodies. Not through quick fixes, but through steady, natural practices they can sustain. Whether it is a morning yoga class by the lake in Udaipur or a naturopathy consultation over a video call, the approach stays the same: listen to the body, respect its pace, and give it what it truly needs.

I take both online and offline sessions, so wherever you are, we can work together.
